Katharsis
Prayerfully read together Psalm 139:23-24
Silently, for a couple of minutes, reflect on yourself what you need to change about your heart, desires, actions, or attitudes.
Reflect what you feel is preventing the change.
Share that and have others pray for you.
Theoria
Have each of you share a moment where you clearly sensed God in your life through events, strong feelings, or a permanent transformation for the better.
What insight can be gained from it?
Theosis
Based on the previous two stages, what small thing would you like to change about you?
